It has a lovely subtle avocado flavour, with a balance of bitter chocolate and sweetness from the agave syrup. I thought it might be an acquired taste but my boyfriend liked it and he doesn’t even like avocado or chocolate very much, so hopefully people like it.
2 ripe avocadoes
1 tbsp. cocoa powder (raw cacao is healthiest)
1-2 tbsp. agave syrup
500 ml unsweetened soya milk or other plant milk
How to make it:
Blend the flesh of the avocadoes with the rest of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
